How to make a Pizza out of Cauliflower

Professor Tim Noakes is a scientist of food and his name is also the name of a diet that everyone is talking about in the magazines. The diet says that carbohydrates are out and FAT is in.

So I have a recipe that uses cauliflower (instead of normal flour) to make a pizza.

You will need:
A cauliflowers
2 cups of Mozzarella cheese
One egg
Chopped herbs. I’m using Oregano
Napoletana sauce. I made mine with onion tomato and herbs
And lastly your pizza toppings

Directions:

Blitz your Cauliflower in the food processor and pop it in the microwave for 4 minutes and let it cool. Don’t try handle it when it’s hot otherwise you’ll be in trouble.

Place your cauliflower mince in a clean tea towel and squeeze all the water out.

Place your cauliflower ball in a bowl and add your egg, a quarter cup of parmesan cheese, a quarter cup of Mozzarella cheese. Some salt, sillian husks and your chopped up herbs.

Mix it all together until a dough forms and spread it out on a baking tray.

Bake it in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Once the crust is ready, add your toppings and pop it under the grill to crisp up!
